The little boxes on the side are organized nicely and it's easy to navigate through your site that way. I'm not really a big fan of the boxes on the top, they are pointless I think.

It looks like you offer a lot of Anime icons and stuff. I think you should offer some more that are random and funny, girly too. You would have more subscribers if you did because people look for those icons a lot, I know I do.

The music is a nice added touch, and I like the contact info. The little titles you have above each entry are cute too, I like the font. Plus, it makes it easy to find things.
